Naturally beautiful - up high with the Zwölferhorn cable car

As a cable car company, we bring nature lovers to one of the most beautiful excursion destinations in the Salzkammergut. “Naturally beautiful” is the slogan of our Zwölferhorn and the concept for our cable car is based on this.

With our 28 gondolas, each with space for eight people, we bring 655 people up the mountain per hour. In 11 minutes, guests float on our Hörndl and are thrilled by the indescribable panorama that culminates on the mountain with a view of seven lakes in the Salzkammergut.

There are 178 covered square meters of event space available to those interested in our valley station, open-air events with the most beautiful views of Lake Wolfgang are possible on our 570 m2 parking deck, and on the mountain there is an area of 90 m2 on our covered terrace of the panorama restaurant “Das Zwölfer ", which can seat around 150 people, while another 118 m2 is available in the open air in front of the restaurant. In addition, there is space for another 35 people in the outdoor area.

In about 10 minutes you can walk to our viewing platform with approx. 181 m2, which is suitable for sports units with a fascinating view but also for various other outdoor activities due to the soft floor and the side glazing.
