The Hotel Sepp is located like the sister hotel Eder in Maria Alm in Salzburger Land. With its exclusivity and the favorable location, to the skiing area at the Hochkönig, it makes the Hotel Sepp the perfect venue for exciting events and incentives.

Equipped with 40 comfortable rooms, the hotel offers its guests sufficient space in 5 room categories. The boutique and lifestyle hotel is characterized by its rustic interior. Nevertheless, the hotel Sepp offers the highest standard and luxury for all guests over 21 years.

Altogether up to 160 people find place for events in the hotel Sepp. The open space in the attic can be used for up to 60 participants. In the basement, events of up to 100 people can take place. The lounge in the atrium can also be used as breakout room for smaller groups.

The Rooftop Oasis is extraordinary and an ideal place for incentives.  The hotel convinces with a 360° view of the impressive Alps in the Salzburger Land. After an intensive day of seminars, the Infinity Pool beckons. A sauna in the converted camper van provides the ideal balance. 

The Rooftopp Terrace is also ideal for get togethers to end the evening with a glass of wine. The hotel bar, a pool table and comfortable lounges for sitting are located directly adjacent to the terrace. These can be used for more intimate conversations in smaller groups.

Seminar guests can indulge in top level culinary delights during the lunch break or after a training session in the evening. In the in house show kitchen, enjoyment is the top priority and there is something for every taste. If the evening turns out to be a bit longer, the incentive guests can enjoy an extensive brunch breakfast the next day until 1 pm.
