Get to know Salzburg in Advent from a different perspective, away from the hustle and bustle of the Christkindlmarkt and with a view over the entire city of Salzburg. Enjoy nature in the midst of the city on a winter hike across Salzburg's panoramic mountain, the Mönchsberg. Start with a ride in the fortress train up to the Hohensalzburg Fortress and embark with your team on a wintry hike across the Mönchsberg.

Start between 4:00 p.m. and 6 p.m. with the ride up the fortress mountain. The destination of the hike is the winter lounge of the Stadtalm Salzburg, which already awaits you with a cozy and rustic ambience.

After the hike, you can take the Mönchsberg elevator back down to the valley.
