Here you can enjoy home-made vegan burgers with lentil patties, chips made from grilled green beans ("greensticks") and vegan "spent grains balls", which are produced in cooperation with the Stiegl brewery. The vegan food truck was awarded the Falstaff Street Food Guide in 2022.

This food truck will take your guests on a culinary journey to "Leberkäse" heaven! The hearty, hot meat speciality with a crispy crust is typical of Austria. The meat is 100% Austrian, contains no flavour enhancers and the varieties are varied - from classic to pizza to chilli.

But, what's "Leberkäse"? Leberkäse is a light red, seasoned sausage meat mixture made from finely chopped beef and/or pork, bacon, water, potato starch and various spices such as garlic, pepper, mace, allspice, onion and sweet paprika. Traditionally, Leberkäse is baked in a square pâté mould.
